In short

The VPB driver app runs on iOS and Android. A driver's own paperwork plus the truck and trailer they're assigned to appear on the phone, and files cache to the device so they open with no signal. Drivers sign in with an email and password or a phone number and a code, or land straight in from an invite link.

For drivers

Your fleet admin loads the documents. You open the app and they're there: current, organized by your truck and trailer.

Files cache after the first sync. Weigh station with no bars? Still opens.

Photograph an inspection sheet or a renewed medical card and send it in. Your admin approves it, and it's filed.
