Share the live paperwork. Never a stale PDF.

Brokers want your insurance cert. Dispatch wants it five minutes ago. Send a link that resolves to whatever's current, not a copy of a copy.

In short

Sharing in VPB is a link, not an attachment. Each driver, truck and trailer has a public portal reachable by its QR code or token, optionally protected by a 6-digit PIN, and the link always resolves to the current approved document. Regenerate the token and the old link stops working immediately.

The problem

Why attachments go out of date.

Document requests interrupt real work. Someone finds the file, checks it's current, attaches it, sends it, for every request, every week. And the attachment is out of date the moment the document renews.

How it works

How to share trucking documents in VPB.

A link, not an attachment

Each driver, truck and trailer has its own portal. Share the link and it opens the current documents.

A lock if you want one

Add a 6-digit PIN. Mark sensitive categories confidential and they stay behind it, enforced on the server.

Kill it whenever you want

Regenerate the token and every old link stops working the same second.

The detail that matters

Because the link reads from the live permit book, an expired version can't go out by accident. And nothing a driver uploaded appears until an admin approves it.

Put the binder down.

Every permit, every truck, every driver's phone. Current from day one.
